1. Applicant must be least 5% Asian ancestry in any countries, or born in an Asian countries, or Asian citizenship.
2. Applicant must between the ages of 14 to 28 years old,never married.

Applicant must be between 14 to 28 years old and never married.
IMPORTANT CONTEST RULES
1. Brand Authority and Governance
-
All aspects of the Miss Asia International Pageant (the “Pageant”), including but not limited to rule-making, amendment, interpretation, application, scoring, tabulation, confirmation of results, award decisions, certificate execution, and enforcement, are under the exclusive, final, and enforceable authority of the Brand Owner or its authorized representative.

The Brand Owner’s decisions are absolute, final, and unchallengeable, and no action, statement, score, file, document or interpretation by any Organizer, host, judge, contestant, delegate, sponsor, agent, or third party shall constitute or be treated as final without express written confirmation and signature by the Brand Owner.
2. Producer Discretion and Admission

The Producer and/or Organizer reserves the right, subject to Brand Owner authorization, to review, refuse, or reject any contestant application, and to disqualify any Contestant or Delegate who violates these Rules.

Decisions of the Brand Owner, not the Producer alone, are final.
3. Scoring and Evaluation
-
Contestants will be judged based on physical beauty, intelligence, poise, personality, and performance in categories including Photos, Resume, Evening Gown, and Personality Interview. Each category shall be weighted equally, unless otherwise specified by the Brand Owner.

All scoring sheets, judges’ tabulation, and related materials are the exclusive property of the Brand Owner and are strictly confidential.
4. Contestant Obligations

Contestants must cover their own airfare, accommodation, and related costs, and must submit required profiles and photographs as prescribed.
Contestants must comply with wardrobe and participation requirements as defined by the Brand Owner.
5. Participation Requirements
-
Contestants must be present at required events and activities and comply with the Pageant schedule.
Party to the Brand Owner’s directions, contestants must not bring unauthorized individuals into designated areas.
6. Prize, Crown, and Title
-
Winners will receive honors, crown, sash, and other prizes approved by the Brand Owner.

All prizes are subject to conditions or restrictions imposed by sponsors and the Brand Owner.
7. Title Validity and Certificate Execution
-
The title of Miss Asia International and any runner-up or special awards shall become effective only upon the Brand Owner’s signature or written execution of official certificates.

Any certificate, trophy, sash, or formal document not signed by the Brand Owner (or its authorized representative) shall not constitute an official, valid, or recognized award.

The Brand Owner reserves the right to request the return or amendment of any documents not executed under its authority.
8. Reign and Compliance
-
The Queen or Title Winner shall hold the title for one year during which she may not participate in any other pageant or similar event without express written consent from the Brand Owner.
Failure to comply may result in dethronement, and all prizes must be returned to the Brand Owner.
9. Conduct and Defamation
-
Any Contestant, Delegate, winner or representative who disparages, defames, or brings disrepute to the Pageant, Brand Owner, Sponsor, Organizer, judge, staff or volunteers may be subject to elimination or dethronement.
10. Confidentiality and Results Challenge
-
All tabulation results and scoring sheets are the property of the Brand Owner and are proprietary and confidential.

Final results are not subject to challenge unless expressly authorized by the Brand Owner in writing.
11. Amendments to Rules
-
The Brand Owner reserves the right to amend, supplement, or interpret the Rules and Regulations at any time, with written notice provided to Delegates.

Acceptance of participation implies acceptance of such amendments.
12. Liability Waiver
-
The Brand Owner, Producer, Sponsor, and related parties shall not be liable for any accident, sickness, loss, or damage.

Contestants must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement to participate.
13. Application Requirements
-
Complete application including fees, identification, professional photos, resume, signed Rules & Regulations acceptance, and any additional materials as prescribed by the Brand Owner.
14. Intellectual Property
-
“Miss Asia International” and all associated trademarks, titles, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of the Brand Owner.

Use without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
