近期，本品牌方发现，有未经授权之个人或机构，在未取得品牌方书面许可的情况下，擅自向部分媒体及第三方提供所谓第37届世界亚裔小姐选美全球总决赛的“获奖名单”相关内容，并对外进行传播。
Recently, the Brand has discovered that certain individuals or organizations, without obtaining prior written authorization, have unlawfully provided so-called The 37th Miss Asia International Pageant Gloabl Finals  “award winner lists” to certain media outlets and third parties for dissemination.

对此，本品牌方郑重声明如下：
The Brand hereby solemnly declares as follows:

一、关于名单效力

I. Validity of the List

上述所谓“获奖名单”并非经本品牌方授权发布之正式文件。任何未经品牌方书面确认、官方渠道公布或加盖公章之名单，均不具有任何法律效力或权威性。
The aforementioned “award winner list” is not an officially authorized release of the Brand. Any list that has not been formally confirmed in writing, published through official channels, or duly stamped by the Brand shall be deemed invalid and without legal or authoritative effect.

二、关于权利归属

II. Ownership of Rights

本品牌方对奖项评审、结果公布及相关信息传播拥有完整且唯一的最终决定权与解释权。
The Brand retains the sole and exclusive right of final decision and interpretation regarding the evaluation process, announcement of results, and dissemination of all related information.

任何未经授权擅自发布、篡改或传播相关内容的行为，均已严重侵犯本品牌方合法权益，包括但不限于商誉权、著作权及其他相关知识产权。
Any unauthorized publication, alteration, or dissemination of such content constitutes a serious infringement of the Brand’s lawful rights and interests, including but not limited to reputation rights, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.

三、关于法律责任

III. Legal Liability

本品牌方已就相关情况启动内部调查程序，并保留依法追究相关责任方一切法律责任的权利，包括但不限于要求停止侵权、公开更正、消除影响、赔偿损失及采取其他必要法律措施。
The Brand has initiated an internal investigation into this matter and reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies against the responsible parties, including but not limited to demanding cessation of infringement, public correction, mitigation of adverse impact, compensation for damages, and any other necessary legal actions.

四、对媒体及合作方的提醒

IV. Notice to Media and Partners

在此提醒各媒体机构及合作单位，涉及本品牌奖项的任何信息，请以品牌方官方发布渠道为准。如已转载或引用未经授权内容，请立即停止传播并予以更正。
All media organizations and partners are hereby advised to rely solely on the Brand’s official communication channels for any information concerning the Brand’s awards. Should any unauthorized content have been published or quoted, please cease dissemination immediately and issue appropriate corrections.

本品牌方一贯秉持公开、公平、公正的原则开展相关工作。对于任何损害品牌公信力及行业秩序的行为，我们将采取零容忍态度，坚决依法维护自身合法权益。

The Brand consistently upholds the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality in its operations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the Brand’s credibility or disrupts industry order, and we will resolutely safeguard our legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.

The 37th Miss Asia International Pageant Global Finals Conclude in Los Angeles by MAIP

Los Angeles, January 24, 2026 — The 37th Miss Asia International Pageant Global Finals concluded successfully on January 24 in Los Angeles, marking a celebratory gathering of culture, confidence, and international exchange.

The 37th Global Finals demonstrated the global influence of this event and its significant role as a platform for celebrating Asian cultural traditions and promoting cross-cultural exchanges. The event was executive produced by AMTV, which oversaw the overall production and broadcast coordination of the Global Finals.

The American International Chamber of Commerce, acting in its capacity as Brand Licensor, is currently conducting a comprehensive review of the judging and scoring procedures of this year’s competition. This review is being carried out in accordance with the official competition rules and brand governance standards and includes the completion of all relevant compliance processes.

This event was organized under the brand authorization of the American International Chamber of Commerce (AICC), aiming to showcase the firm commitment of the brand licensor in terms of governance, transparency, and international cultural exchange. Upon conclusion of this review, and pursuant to the Brand Licensor’s authorized supervisory, audit, and final discretionary authority, the Brand Licensor will formally confirm and publicly release the final competition results. The original authorization rights granted for this competition concluded upon the completion of the event on January 24, 2026. Any official announcements of honors, brand-related communications, or follow-up activities associated with this competition will be issued exclusively through channels authorized by the Brand Licensor.

2020年第三十二届世界亚裔小姐大赛全球总决赛在洛杉矶正式启动 by MAIP

洛杉矶11月21日讯，2020年第三十二届世界亚裔小姐全球总决赛今天上午在比佛利山庄蒙太奇酒店举行启动仪式，整个赛程包括单独和集中培训，线上线下的服装秀、才艺秀及视频展示等赛事环节，总决赛从11月21日起至12月12日结束，将历时22天。

美国国际商会主席霍姆斯·斯托纳（Holmes Stoner）在启动仪式上表示：“在2020年全球共同抗击新冠病毒疫情的特殊时刻，欢迎来自各赛区的参赛佳丽参加2020年全球总决赛，世界亚裔小姐选美是全球范围内亚裔选美最具权威性的国际知名品牌，预祝各位优秀佳丽展现魅力和才华，争取以优异成绩实现夺冠梦想，预祝大赛圆满成功。”

世界亚裔小姐大赛委员会执行主席秦嘉豪在启动仪式上发言说：“在全球疫情大流行，大部分国际活动消息的背景下，我们迎来了今年的全球总决赛。为应对疫情，我们在赛前对线上与线下相结合的多种赛事方式进行了充分探索与实践，丰富了实战经验。我们还认为即便未来疫情结束以后，有部分线上方式的仍然非常适合国际选手的互动和参与。进入5G时代之后，选美大赛也需要不断改革和创新，有些线上模式也适合跨国性选美活动的广泛推广和普及。”

秦嘉豪还说：“今年通过甄选入围全球总决赛半决赛的国际选手有100位，包括来自美国、加拿大、印度、巴基斯坦、中国等国家和地区的选手。再未来的22天里，将有20位选手晋级进入总决赛，并最终决出本届冠亚季军及单项奖得主，预祝参赛选手以理想成绩顺利晋级和实现梦想。”

本届多名参赛选手代表，以远程视频方式参加了大赛启动仪式和发表了参赛感言。来自中国广东20岁的参赛选手王楚璇身高1米78，是一名模特教师。王楚璇在视频中表示，世人对于美的定义有很多种，世界亚裔小姐的选举正是展示女性的魅力之美，让我想让更多的人去了解和欣赏这种美。江南无所有，聊赠一支春，希望大家能收获美好的事物，我的参赛宣言是亮出最甜的微笑，展示最完美的自己。

身高1米75的美国参赛选手朵兰，是一名大学生，擅长钢琴古筝演奏，喜欢绘画稿健身运动。朵兰说，很高兴能够幸运地进入本届全球总决赛，将充分准备和发挥最佳状态，力争取得最优异的成绩。朵兰还说，参与大赛是我的第一愿望，青春没有失败，不断赢的是自己。

由于受新冠病毒疫情的影响，本届全球总决赛将以线上线下相结合的方式进行，部分美国境外参赛的国际选手将以自我介绍、才艺表演和部分地区赛事的视频参加比赛，并结合远程问答、评选环节分别参加竞选。美国境内选手及能够抵达洛杉矶的参赛选手，将结合线下展示及现场环节参与综合评选。由于冠状病毒大流行，比赛原定于在一周内完成的赛程，将调整延长在三周内完成。

据主办方美国国际商会、世界亚裔小姐选美大赛组委会介绍，2020年第三十二届世界亚裔小姐选美全球总决赛将于12月12日决出最终冠亚季军得主和各单项奖名次，并将同时启动2021年第三十三届世界亚裔小姐选美大赛。
